When considering American wines, most consumers may think of California. But they might want to know that Missouri ranks in the top ten of U.S. wine producers. A new program is trying to educate a new generation of enologists, who are trained specifically to make wine from grapes grown in the Midwest. Sara Wittmeyer reports for member station KBIA.
